Thank you very much for your input. The problem is not really about getting the ECG but rather the prepaid meters attached to it for a commercial purpose. It's likely going to make the operational cost too high. The right size of solar system should be able to power the devices during rainy days as well, that's why it is very important to take into consideration what equipment to use. Nevertheless, having a backup power option such as fuel powered devices or a backup generator is definitely going to be taken into consideration for contingency as part of our risk management. Where we are isn't within the Akuapem mountain range hence we do not experience a lot of rainfall as compared to such places. Also, if the ECG initial cost becomes cheaper which i believe eventually it will, we'll definitely have it as part of our power options. Thank you very much again for your input. If you look closely, you'll notice it is a small part of the fence which is under the high tension. The position of the high tension is wrong and as part of what we intend to do, is to write to the company to reposition them hopefully some time soon.

The owner was surprised to hear about the imposter. We are yet to begin the land registration process. We currently do not have information to all the requirements and the cost yet. Once we get through wirh that phase, i certainly will make a Video about it.

Unfortunately I already bought the land. It was after I bought the land from the person, the person done the land search I requested him to do so, at the time I did not know I should have done the search before the purchase. am also sure you know the land that have purchase, you currently have building projects in the area. I was also informed by the person I bought the land from, that all the land search for that particular land area is the same! no history for the land 😢

Well, it is usually your responsibility as the buyer to conduct the search before making any payments. If you have your own surveyor take coordinate of specific points of the land, then you can be sure of the search results. If you ask the seller to do the search, they may take points which may fall under their jurisdiction and not necessarily the place you want to buy.

Also, there is always a history on the land where it clarifies it as either a state land or not. And will also let you know whether there's limitation on it or not

At the time I didn't have any experience of buying land, didn't know I should do a search! my bad!
